Xiuxian IO is playable without an account. This policy explains the data used by the browser game and the content site.

Data we use

  • Nickname, language, sound, character look, ground theme, leaderboard display, PWA prompt state, player identifiers, and similar preferences may be stored in your browser's local storage.
  • The realtime server receives movement direction, viewport info, selected character, room state, score, and combat events — the gameplay data needed for the realm to function.
  • Basic server logs may include IP address, browser type, timestamps, and request paths, used to maintain service stability and security.

Lightweight analytics and private chat

  • If the site enables an analytics provider or a self-hosted endpoint, the game may send events for starting play, connecting, first pickup, reaching an early realm, and ending a session, together with locale, page path, device type, and in-match progress.
  • These lightweight analytics events do not send your nickname or player key.
  • Text you send in a private room is broadcast live to current room members. The current server does not store chat history; the current client keeps only recent messages in memory for that page session.

Advertising and cookies

The game does not load advertising scripts at this time. If ads are enabled, advertising partners such as Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, limit fraud, and personalize ads where allowed. Third-party services

The site may use hosting, analytics, error logging, content delivery, and advertising providers. This page will be updated before any production advertising integration. AdSense policy references are from Google's official help center: AdSense Program policies.
